Our Graduate Internship Programme is designed to welcome recent graduates into our business, offering them the opportunity to make an impact and fast-track their careers in production leadership. This immersive two-year programme provides a deep dive into our company's operations, allowing graduates to become integral members of our dynamic team.
Throughout the programme, top-performing candidates may be given the opportunity to take up permanent roles, decided on a case-by-case basis by our Senior Leadership team. Mentorship will be provided by leaders in the business who will work closely with each graduate, offering guidance and support while challenging them to strive for excellence and become the best version of themselves.
- Production Leadership: Work closely with production teams to understand and manage day-to-day operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Project Management: Participate in and lead various projects that contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective problem-solving.

- Completing their final year of study in 2024 (undergraduate or postgraduate qualification) – qualification to be completed prior to the commencement date.
